Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stream Evolution (the "Service"), operated by Stream Evolution ("we", "us", "our"). By logging in or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stream Evolution is a tool for live streamers that connects to your TikTok account, monitors your live streams for events (such as chat comments, gifts, follows, and likes), and displays customizable on-stream alerts via a browser source. The Service is currently offered as a closed beta and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract.
• You log in using TikTok. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
• Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating TikTok's or any third party's terms or rights; attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Your content

You may upload media (images, sounds, videos) for use in alerts. You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to operate the Service for you. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including TikTok (login and live data), Stripe (payments), and Giphy (GIF search). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Payments & donations

Any payments or donations are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Unless required by law, donations and fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts, monitoring, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Evolution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or removal from the beta. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
